1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Zenerly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download and use one copy of ChefGalaxy (the "App") on Apple- or Android-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
- copy, modify or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App;
- remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice on the App.
3. Ownership
Zenerly retains all right, title and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Zenerly's trademarks or trade dress.
4. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Zenerly may collect and use the technical, gameplay and diagnostic data described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the App.
5. Third-Party Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service). In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable app store's terms regarding minimum platform requirements, the app store's terms control for that specific point.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
